Ingagi was amazing. It was a beautiful lodge and everyone goes out of their way for you. I actually contacted them about arranging my Rwanda tour and they set up everything-- I spent a fabulous 8 days exploring the country and was able to see gorillas, monkeys, and chimpanzees, as well as more animals on a one day safari. Our guide was amazing and everything we did was beyond memorable. However, our time in ingagi and getting to go gorilla tracking, as well as golden monkey trekking was by far the highlight. I can not recommend them strongly enough. They really went out of their way to ensure that our entire trip was perfect.

What an amazing time we had at Ingagi. The staff could not have done more for us. Their warmth and hospitality was heart warming. After 2 nights we felt like they were family and were sad to leave. What a wonderful place and people.

The best welcome ever!!! At Ingagi Park view Lodge we felt like at home. All the staff are super kind, the room is amazing, there is a fireplace and it is very spacious. The decoration of the whole place is stunning. The food is good although you have few options the is varied and enough. To be honest, this is the place you should go.

We had two great nights here, before our gorilla trek and then after it. Our shoes and boots were mud encrusted when we returned from the trek and staff greeted us with free foot massages and they cleaned our boots/shoes. Mine looked new afterwards and I thought would have to throw them away. The food was really good and their lounge was pleasant as a place to hang out, have a drink and eat popcorn. The rooms are beautifully decorated and each has a fireplace. They will build a fire any time for you, but at dusk they put a fire in the fireplace and furry hot water bottles under the sheets...

From the moment we arrived to the second we’ve left Ingagi park view lodge was an experience we will never forget. We were welcomed by Patricia, Riziki with the biggest smile ever, and Grace and what a warm welcome we received. We were offered drinks and cake immediately whilst we checked in and our bags were whizzed to our room or shall I rather say, mansion. There definitely is alot of space in the room we’ve stayed in.

We have stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful lodge and immediately felt like home. Patrick and his team make a fantastic job. The whole staff is extremely friendly. The team even suprised me for my birthday with a cake and sang happy birthday.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and they make you a fire in the fireplace for the night to feel warm and cosy. Food has been delicious as well. We can highly recommend this lodge. Amazingly friendly and attentive staff who are always ready to cater to your comfort foor was really good, drinks in the lounge were excellent and the rooms were large and very comfortable. They have thought of everything from slippers and hot water bottles in your bed to making sure you have clean boots the next day. Always smiling and doing whatever they can to make sure you are too!
